The food at the hotel is really nice.
Upon arrival, the check-in process felt rushed and uninformative. We weren't given clear directions on where to find the breakfast or access the beach, frustrating. The pool had rules that seemed overly restrictive, such as not allowing floatable toys, even for a family-oriented hotel. This diminished our experience as we had expected a more relaxed atmosphere.
